A major new scheme is announced today in Luton working with our partners Cheyne Capital and Lindum Group.
The 80 1 and 2 bedroom flats will be let by Luton Borough Council from their waiting lists. Luton Borough Council have the option to purchase the properties under QSH-Deferred Purchase.
QSH-Deferred Purchase is an innovative way for social housing organisations to build the much needed housing now, by combining up front capital with options to sell to councils and registered providers in future years – creating secure investments to release the billions of investment potentially available.
